Perfect for our needs

The location was perfect, as we wanted to be near the port. The friendly Staff were there at check-in, so they helped us with the computer. As my name didn't exactly match the name on the booking, they had to alter it via their system before we checked in. The Breakfast was more a snack which was perfect for our needs: A cheese and ham bagel each, a Coffee and hot lemon drink

Room was small but, clean and comfy on the whole. I probably wouldnt want to stay more than a couple of nights as not much room for 2 guests plus luggage.

It’s a brand new hotel, with super nice rooms, everything is clean and functional. Position is excellent and close to three different convenience stores.

Breakfast is outrageous, staff should learn some more English.

Very good.

We went to Okinawa without a tour guide. The location was convenient for taking the monorail. We took the day bus tour. The meeting point was close to the hotel. Several restaurants are close to the hotel. The most impressive thing about this hotel is the modern facility in the room. There is Alexa for me to ask for help. The dibet is a high end model with many decent functions. The room is quiet and the bed is comfortable. I like the breakfast offered from the hotel for free. I like the hotel with the help yourself style. The front desk staff were very helpful when I asked the directions of how to get Okinawa world I will stay here when I visit Okinawa again. This is the hotel with the correct management style.

If there is something I didn't like, the CNN channel wasn't available but it was offered on the tv menu.

i don't like breakfast just bread and coffee. location is ok to walk around to walking street.

A pleasant stay near to Miebashi rail station

The endless supply of bottled water. though not environmentally friendly but a thoughtful gesture. Perhaps you can provide a water dispenser so we can top up our bottle. Otherwise, the place is clean and comfortable with approachable and friendly staff

Nice small clean hotel in the heart of the city.

Good location not far from the main street, lots of things to eat. Parking was on site. Room was very clean.

Checkin was complex and slow with a machine to scan passports that was much slower than manual entry. Room was small, the bed too, but that's Japan. Parking was 1000yen for the night, which is a bit above the normal 24h rate.

Very Good

The breakfast is simple but very nice with coffee, excellent for refreshment. All the facilities are smart, new and convenient. The room is very tidy and clean. The hotel location is wonderful and very close to the Yuri Rail and shopping centre. Lots of store, supermarket, restaurant and shops nearby. It is very nice for short stays.

The room we booked with double beds are relatively small. Enough for couple to have a short stay. Sometimes the wifi connection is not that good with low speed (probably too many ppl using at the same time).

this hotel feels newly built. hotel includes a bagel sandwich and coffee for breakfast. coin laundry available. about three blocks from the monorail to the hotel. Family Mart next door and a Seven eleven across the street.

Fantastic value and convenient location

Perfect for a solo traveller. Double rooms were modern and spacious, with room to store and open luggage (may struggle with two people's worth of luggage), separate shower and toilet space, and sink area. Smart TV with options including Netflix and YouTube. Coin laundry was handy, and you could check the status of the machines from the TV. Great location, 5 mins walk from Tomari Port, 5 mins from Miebashi monorail, and <15 mins to Kokusai Dori. 7/11 and Family Mart located next to the hotel.

Lack of shelves/wardrobe space, with only four hangers on two hooks next to the bed. Breakfast options were quite limited, offering one drink and a choice of either a salad, hot dog sandwich or egg sandwich.

Highly recommended

Location is very good. Lots of restaurants around and very close to the downtown. The room is very clean. Everyday, they come for detailed cleaning. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Some staff speak fluent English which is rare for Japan. They are also very helpful, even assisted in some personal bookings which required Japanese language. There is a big hall in the entrance, a wide area where you can relax and spend time. There is unlimited bottled water. They have safe at the room. There is self check-in kiosk which is very convenient.

Breakfast finish very early until 09:30.
